Going to Penrith Court?
The Penrith Court house includes the Local & District Court which contains multiples court rooms within the one building complex. Each court room has a Judge or Magistrate who presides over all the cases listed in the day.
Penrith court house opens its doors at 9am, but the court rooms in which the Judges and Magistrates preside opens at 9:30am on weekdays.
The court does not normally sit on weekends. But, any weekend bail application are heard at the Parramatta bail court.

The Penrith court house is only a short walk from the Penrith train station, and the Penrith Westfields shopping centre.
There is usually plenty of parking spots available around the Penrith court house, including one directly across the road from the court.
You can get to Penrith Court either by:
- Driving there yourself. Penrith court is about 50km west from Sydney city.
- By Bus. There are plenty of buses and bus stops at the Penrith train station and Penrith Westfields shopping centre.
- By Train. Trains regularly operate at the Penrith train station, within walking distance from and to the Penrith court and Westfields shopping centre.
