Jack Tyler-Stott

Criminal Defence Barrister

Jack Tyler-Stott is an experienced criminal defence barrister from Elizabeth Street Chambers who specialises in complex hearings, bail applications and jury trials.

Forming part of the Criminal Defence Lawyers Australia team, Jack Tyler-Stott is often instructed by us in helping our clients secure not guilty verdicts in jury trials, and successful bail applications. Before becoming a barrister, he has worked for many years in the NSW police as a police officer and senior police prosecutor. This has given him significant insight into the police practices, procedures and policies which are sometimes not complied with by police officers. Identifying those issues have resulted in securing not guilty verdicts in countless cases over the years since becoming a criminal defence barrister.
