Our 32-year-old client who works as a plumber from Windsor Downs was charged with a number of very serious criminal offences, including threatening to distribute intimate images, aggravated break and enter with intent to commit serious indictable offence, detain with intent to obtain advantage, and sexual touch without consent.

These documents revealed that she had submitted over 50 misleading documents to the University.
After a long process of court attendances our senior lawyer Keiran Khan and QC Margaret Cunneen who made extensive negotiations attempts were successful at convincing the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) to drop all charges if a plea of guilty was entered to one charge of threaten to distribute intimate image without consent.
In the result, the facts were also negotiated to place our client in a much better light for when those facts are later read by the Judge before imposing a sentence.
Our Keiran and Margaret Cunneen successfully convinced the District Court Judge to not convict our client. Our client was sentenced with a non-conviction under section 10 dismissal to the charge of threatening to distribute intimate images.
