Hannah is a valued member of the CDLA team, providing dedicated support to our Senior and Managing Lawyers across a wide range of criminal law matters. She plays an important role behind the scenes, helping to ensure our clients receive timely, professional, and effective legal support.
Highly organised, approachable, and calm under pressure, Hannah is known for her attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
She assists with the preparation and management of legal documents, briefs of evidence, and court materials, while also coordinating with clients, police, courts, and other stakeholders to keep matters progressing efficiently.
Hannah understands that many clients come to us during some of the most stressful and uncertain times in their lives. She approaches every matter with professionalism, empathy, and discretion, ensuring clients feel supported and treated with respect throughout the legal process.
Prior to joining CDLA, Hannah gained valuable legal experience as a paralegal with leading national and international organisations, including Seyfarth Shaw and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. In these roles, she developed strong skills in legal research, document management, drafting, and managing complex matters involving large volumes of information.
Hannah also brings extensive experience in community-focused and leadership roles, which have further strengthened her ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and provide thoughtful, client-centred support.
Having completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Communications (Social and Political Sciences) and currently undertaking her Graduate Certificate of Professional Legal Practice, Hannah combines strong academic credentials with practical legal experience, making her an integral part of the CDLA team.
