She has represented people in Western Australia, Queensland and NSW.
Her background and experience in prosecution allows her to most-effectively negotiate with prosecutors to get serious criminal charges dropped early, saving her clients the costs of legal fees and stresses of going to court.
Kate’s past experience allows her to take an empathetic and sensitive approach to the ideas and needs of others, many of whom are disadvantaged and marginalised. She has a passion for social justice and protecting and promoting the legal rights of vulnerable members of our society.
She firmly believes that every person involved with the criminal justice system deserves to be treated with respect. Kate is a strong advocate for positive, rehabilitative outcomes and provides support to her clients each step of the way.
